Iphone Error codes
These are error messages that might appear on your iPhone when using the Voddler app:
Login Error - An unhandled error occured
Your account has probably been connected via Facebook. Read more here.
Playback failed - the main feature could unfortunately not be
played at this time, try again later
If you receive the error message "Playback failed", it is most likely because your iPhone has been modified, or so called "jailbroken".
The Voddler app will not play movies on so called “jailbreaked” iOS -units. Our content- and DRM-agreements with the film studios and content owners mandate that Voddler does not show movies on iPhones with such full root access to the operating system. We are looking into changing this, together with the content industry.
If you get this error message and your Iphone is not modified or jailbroken, please contact our support.

This error code is due a DRM problem. Try the movie again. If the problem persists, log out from the Voddler app and log in again and start a movie.
