Can't login with Facebook Connect on mobile apps
On
our site, you have the option of signing in using your
Facebook-account. This does not work in our mobile aps.
The issue
Unfortunately, those Voddler users who have connected their Voddler account throughFfacebook can not login to the Voddler app. They get an error message saying: Login Error: An unhandled error has occured
The solution
In order to login to the app, you must request a new password from Voddler to reset your login:

The solution
In order to login to the app, you must request a new password from Voddler to reset your login:
- Go to www.voddler.com
- Click "Login"
- Click on "forgot your password"
- Fill in your emailadress
- A new password will be sent to your email
- Follow the instructions to reset your password
- Go to your app and log in with your emailadress and the given password from the mail.
