I wanted to download my movie instead of streaming it– but the download didn’t work. What can I do?
Here are a few tricks to try. If the first one doesn't work, try the next.
If the download doesn't start:

Keep Voddler Offline Player open
For the download to happen, the Voddler Offline Player have to be open the entire time.
One movie at a time
The Offline Player can only download a movie at a time. However, you can line up several movies, and they will be downloaded one after each other.
If the download doesn't start:
- Wait. It takes a while for the download to begin, sometimes up to a couple of minutes. (And make sure you have a web-connection.)
- If the download still doesn't start, close the Voddler Offline Player and then open it again.
- If it still doesn't start, contact support.
If the download has started but moves slowly
- Click Pause and then Resume
- Close the Voddler Offline Player and then open it again.
- If it still doesn't work, contact support.
