Snyggt foto, fina miljöer, träffsäkert användande av modern teknik i gammal tidsanda, En stjärnklar skildring av ett annorlunda scenario gällande vampyrism kontra människor och gud. Bra skådespelarinsatser, mycket känslor med små åthävor.
