Avoid this movie at all cost. Don't even think to give it a try!
First off it is not the theatrical movie 2012, just so you know; it is a straight to dvd production by the infamous film studio "the asylum", who specialized in making bad immitation movies of big sci fi blockbusters. Other great titles from them include "Transmorphers" and "The day the earth stopped".
This movie is really drawn out and the acting is very bad. Even if you liked Brian Krause's performance as Leo in the "Charmed / Witches from Warren Manor" series, in this movie he is very flat and unengaging.
Don't waste a 1½ hour of you life.

Really really bad film. Terrible acting, terrible effects, absolutely horrific props. I agree with previous reviewers, don't spend any time watching this. Do something productive with your life instead.
