Offline mode doesn't work in Chrome
When using the browser Chrome on PCs, installing and using the Voddler Offline Player may not work.
The bug:
When you start the installation of Voddler Offline Player, the installation process asks you to install Adobe Air. When the Adobe Air installation is 100% complete, an error message appears, saying that the installation failed. This will stop the Voddler Offline Player from installing at all.
The solution:
Adobe has acknowledged this is a bug and we are working with them to fix it. In the meantime there are two different solutions:
1. The quick fix: Change browsers and use Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera or any of the browsers Voddler supports.
2. The workaround if you want to continue to use Chrome:

- Navigate to "about:plugins" in the Chrome address bar
- Click the Details link in the upper right part of the page to expand all items
- Locate the "Shockwave Flash" entries (there will be 2 or 3 of these)
- Click "Disable" for the PPAPI copy (most likely the first one listed), which has a version number of 11.3.31.222
- Restart Chrome and try again
